CONTEXT

This project will be carried out in the new area of ​​Barranquilla: Alameda del Río. This urban, economic and residential proposal brings with it a large number of environmental challenges.

Alameda del río is an important area for recreation and the economic and demographic growth of the city; This new space connects the city with its remote areas. This new area is located in one of the driest and most desert spots in the city. It is located on the Circunvalar avenue and near the Circunvalar de la prosperidad road; the new growth and expansion zone of the district.

      

In the same way, this project planned to develop in the course of April and May. As a location, we sought to work with the community in the area and at the same time, develop at the University a project to teach and raise awareness of the importance of trees, shrubs and forests in general.
